How to complain
Here at GEAB, we want to put things right as quickly as possible.
To better help you with your complaint, we’ve 2 options available depending on if you’re classed as a Microbusiness or a Non-microbusiness.
To qualify as a microbusiness, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Has fewer than 10 employees (or their full-time equivalent) and the yearly turnover, or yearly balance sheet, is not more than £2 million.
- Uses less than 100,000 kWh of electricity a year.
- Uses less than 293,000 kWh of gas a year.
