Celebrating Spooky Goings on at The Green Energy Advice Bureau

We’ve been getting into the Halloween spirit here at The Green Energy Advice Bureau with spooktacular parties in our North East and North West offices.

Last Friday, we thought we would let our hair down for a couple of hours and celebrate not just Halloween, but the success of the team members at both our South Shields HQ and Liverpool offices.

The offices were transformed into a scene from a horror film and everyone was invited to dress up in their scariest outfit with a prize for the best dressed. We had a lots of amazing costumes – from witches and ghosts to a jigsaw clown and Assassins Creed – it was tough to pick a winner!

There were a selection of ghoulish treats – syringe shots, devil eggs, ghost strawberries and spooky marshmallows for us to enjoy.

In addition to the Halloween celebrations, we took the time to reward our members of staff for their hard work. Each month, two teams at each office compete to beat our company targets. This month, the winning team from the South Shields office earned themselves a night out in Newcastle while the Liverpool winners will be enjoying a Go Karting team day this Friday – our treat!

Paul Cobb, our Managing Director, said: “Our staff work very hard all year round and have helped the business grow this year with a number of regional and national award nominations, the opening of a new office in Liverpool and a significant recruitment drive.

“The Halloween party was our way of thanking everyone for their hard work and celebrating the successes we’ve had so far this year. We would like to say a huge thank you to Yardstick36 for their hard work transforming the South Shields office for the party – it looked fantastic!”
