The Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) legislation requires all public-sector tenders that are valued above a certain financial threshold, are required to be published online under EU legislation. This covers organisations and projects that receive public money. Organisations such as Local Authorities, NHS Trusts, Central Government Departments and Educational Establishments are all potentially affected by OJEU legislation.
Initially the Green Energy Advice Bureau will work alongside your organisation to identify the correct contract value which is obviously an important part of the process. Once we have established the contract value we will then produce the Prior Information Notice (PIN) on your behalf and manage all supplier correspondence as required.
The OJEU tendering process can be extremely complicated and time consuming, the Green Energy Advice Bureau can assure you that our process is fully compliant for all your OJEU tendering needs. We will issue all tender documentation and reminder notices to each supplier to ensure we get as broader range of quotes as possible. We follow a set procedure for each of our tenders to develop a Statement of Requirements (SoR). This supports us for a quality selection for the awards process.
