ISO 50001 certification offers significant commercial advantages including:
- Reduce Commercial Risk and Compliance – ISO 50001 is a recognised route to compliance with the UK ESOS regulation, and can help reporting for other schemes such as CRC, CCA, and mandatory greenhouse gas emissions reporting a much more efficient process
- Energy efficiencies – by defining all the energy consuming activities of your business operation and developing energy reduction strategies
- Enhancing reputation – through increase awareness of your environmental and efficiency
ISO 50001 also requires that continuous improvement is achieved throughout the certification lifecycle, which is where The Green Energy Advice Bureau can provide support.
In order to achieve continuous improvement, The Green Energy Advice Bureau offer energy audits to help identify ways to improve energy management and performance helping your organisation reduce its energy costs and greenhouse gas emissions.
We can review your existing Energy Management System (EnMS) and provide expert advice and support in implementing changes to your existing management system.
