Andrew is our Sales Manager with a primary focus helping coach, develop and support Energy Consultants and Lead Generators by providing direction, focus and strategy.
He boasts a wealth of experience with 20 years, working within sales and account management environments across multiple business sectors. During this time, he has built, trained and managed several successful teams for both national and internationally recognisable brands.
Following a relocation to the North East in 2010, he made the move to the energy sector and developed a strong understanding of the UK energy supply sector alongside developing his knowledge of sustainability products and services to better advise clients on all areas of their energy requirements.
As the business began to grow Andrew was asked to move into his current role of Sales Manager to ensure all the organisations employees, felt supported and motivated.
Andrew works very closely alongside the senior management team, during his time, he has helped change mindsets and instilled and developed a strong professional work ethic within our workplace.
